Explanation of key documents

Treatment Contract
A formal agreement between the waste producer and the authorized manager. It details the type of waste, delivery frequency, treatment, duration of the agreement, etc. It must be signed before deliveries start.

Identification Document (DI)
This is a single document, divided into two parts:

  • DI-A: completed by the operator when the transfer starts.
  • DI-B: completed by the manager upon receipt of the waste.
This document enables traceability of each movement.

Transfer Notification (NT)
Submitted before the transfer. It is only required when the transfer is made between autonomous communities or if so required by the issuing region.

Deliveries and receipts record
Must be kept up to date for at least 3 years. It serves to certify all deliveries made and received.
