These documents are required by Law 7/2022 and Royal Decree 553/2020, and must be used for any operation involving the transfer and treatment of non-hazardous waste:

Treatment Contract
A formal agreement between the waste producer and the authorized manager. It details the type of waste, delivery frequency, treatment, duration of the agreement, etc. It must be signed before deliveries start.
Identification Document (DI)
This is a single document, divided into two parts:
Transfer Notification (NT)
Submitted before the transfer. It is only required when the transfer is made between autonomous communities or if so required by the issuing region.
Deliveries and receipts record
Must be kept up to date for at least 3 years. It serves to certify all deliveries made and received.
